The Deluxe Double Room was cozy and comfortable, with a fresh feel. The shower was nicely spacious with hot water, which was great. Staff at the front desk were super helpful. The only downside was the noise from the busy streets outside and how snug the room felt at times.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing in-room breakfast at no extra cost. While the location is less than ideal, it's manageable with public transport. quality hotel pampulha is quite cozy with a fresh feel. the deluxe double room was snug but comfortable. the staff at the front desk were super helpful and bilingual. it’s close to the local pampulha airport, making it easy to catch a bus to the larger out-of-town airport. guests also enjoyed the fitness center!

Great location near Pampulha Lake and iconic Oscar Niemeyer architecture. Clean, well-decorated rooms equipped with a spectacular Impressa series Jura coffee maker in the lobby.

The BBQ smell permeating the lobby can be off-putting, and if there's a corporate event, expect a busy restaurant where service may lag behind. Breakfast offerings come up short compared to similar hotels, with limited items that might leave you wanting more. However, the pizza on the room service menu makes up for this to some extent.
